Well, if not, I still say you should read Beastly by Alex Flinn.

Kyle Kingsbury (Later, Adrian King) is the beast. Cruel, hollow, known only for his good looks and his father being a famous news anchor.
The witch, Kendra, finds him quite beastly on the inside, and changed his looks to match, turning him into something truly hideous, and gives him two years to find true love.
A year passes, and Kyle begins to notice the beautiful things in life, while making friends of his Maid and Tutor who live with him in banishment from his father’s presence.
Kendra tries to guide him through a magic mirror that she left with him which allows him to see anyone he asks to see. This is also how he realizes that his old ‘friends’ were just as shallow and ignorant as he was.
Just as he begins to give up all hope, a man breaks into his house to steal his belongings for drugs. In exchange for Kyle not to call the cops on him, the man offers him his daughter, Lindy
Lindy was a bit of a book worm, and an outcast at the school where Kyle formally attended.
To make a long story short, Lindy and Kyle bond, and fall in love. =)
You have to read the story to find out the end. I give it a five out of five. Once you pick it up, you will not be able to put it down. Especially if you liked the original Beauty and the Beast.

There is going to be a movie based on it too. In July 2010, Beastly will hit theaters everywhere as a full length film based off of the book. Now while, I normally don’t like movies that are based off of books, this one looks like it will be good.
Though not as good as the book itself.
