...in which I talk of nothing...

Currently Listening: The Ocean(Moon Version) - The Bravery

This morning I woke up and thought that is was Monday. It wasn’t until I was about to walk out the door did I realize that it was Friday. Oh, and what a Friday. Today was probably the best Friday that I’ve had in months.

Aside from the chemistry test that I took this afternoon.

Tomorrow, I get to go to ye lo’ renaissance faire, and watch knights in authentic armor beat each other with lances, while simultaneously riding on agitated horses.

Bloody good fun, I say. My grandpa is going with me this year, since my mom can’t. That means that I will be given many history lessons, and I will have someone who will drool over the deadly weapons with me.

However, I’ve decided not to dress up this year. I’m going to wear my normal clothes. (Although, come to think of it, most of my clothes look like costumes anyway.) Oh well.

I have a snood on my head.

My snood has decided to like me today.

On to better news, I came up with a riddle.

I am neither loud, nor soft when I whisper in your ear.
When I make my anger known, no mercy do I show.
You can not see me, but you need me to survive.

What am I?

Try and answer this. Anyone who gets it right will receive virtual hugs, and possibly a few words that don’t make sense.

Link Time!

I’ve actually been meaning to post these for a while. The links to two web comics that I read.

The first being Winters in Lavelle.

It’s about Two siblings, who by using a magic globe, find themselves in a strange land, and in the company of many enchanting characters.

Really, my description does not give it justice, but once you starting reading, be prepared to be sitting at your computer for several hours. It’s that captivating.

The second is Gunnerkrigg Court.

The tale of Antimony Carver a young girl who has just started attending a strange and mysterious school called Gunnerkrigg Court; and the events that unfold around her as she becomes embroiled in political intrigues between Gunnerkrigg Court and the inhabitants of the Gillitie Wood, a forest outside the school.

Also, if you start reading this, be prepared to be sitting in front of your computer, and developed a withdrawal complex when you get to more recent pages.

I apologize if this post seems jagged, and random. In my defense, I am really tired.
I'll make up for it by posting pictures of the faire with vivid detail tomorrow when I get home.
